Glow Haven LLC works with owner-led and growing companies that need an outside perspective they can act on. We are based in Bristol, Rhode Island, and work with clients remotely across the United States.
Our mission
To give growing companies access to structured, rigorous consulting support without the opacity, inflated promises, or bloated processes that often come with it. Good consulting should leave a business clearer about its direction and better equipped to run itself.
Our consulting philosophy
We start from what is already true about your business. Before recommending anything, we spend time understanding how work flows, where money is made and lost, and which constraints are real versus assumed. Frameworks are a tool for organising that understanding — never a substitute for it.
We also believe a consultant's job is to reduce dependency, not create it. The documentation, models, and reasoning we produce are designed so your team can carry the work forward without us.
Our approach
Engagements follow a consistent five-stage structure — discovery, analysis, strategy formulation, implementation roadmap, and ongoing review — scaled to the size of the work. You always know which stage you are in, what is being produced, and when.
